Not a whole lot of interesting stuff has been going on here lately. Jordan is getting super good grades and I am so proud of him I can't even begin to tell you. I also am a sewing machine, pun intended. I just finished whipping up this little number for Cordelia. It is called a pillowcase dress. Yes it is supposed to be boxy. Cordelia doesn't have to worry about flattering her figure.
I also made her this skirt. I didn't get any pictures of her wearing it, man I really am off my game but I will next time she wears it.
Finally a new pair of pants. I tried to make the pattern myself. The back is pretty good.
The front is a hot mess. Luckily Cordelia can pull off a little crotch bunching. In other news when we arrived at chapel today Calvin asked me to take these overalls off him. He said he didn't want to wear airplane overalls because the other kids would laugh at him. I convinced him to wear them anyway and he told me later that no one laughed at him.
Yep lots of bunching, maybe a wee bit short too. Oh well they are still kinda cute. I won't be using that pattern again.

Great job! I love the dress, skirt and pants. Yes you are a machine. Tell Calvin he looks adorable in anything. Such a funny thing for him to be worried about at this age. He is way too young for that. Love the sewing!

I can't even begin to tell you...I literally squealed and Cooper toddled over to see what I was so excited about. Mom also forwarded me the pic of her in her skirt, and it too ROCKS MY FACE OFF! I love it all. In other news, I am obsessed with Cordelia's Owl Kimono Top. Zutano? Just wondering. I love you! P.S. Way to go, JoJo on the awesome grades! :)
