A Day at the Park

Well I got the kids all ready to go to Target, only to realize when we went outside that it was 55 degrees. So we made a trip to the park first. I'm blogging from my phone and I cant figure out how to edit the photo order. But note the swing pictures. Calvin kept letting go and saying, " look, no hands!". Cordelia insisted upon swinging turned all the way around so she could watch the birds. Also her face is all dirty because she randomly tipped off the end of the slide face first. She was fine but a little muddy.

The Past Few Weeks

Once again it has been far too long since I have blogged. But to make it up to you I have posted a ridiculous number of photos. Things are great here. The kids love to wrestle.
They love Jordan's new chair.
The iPad is always a hit, especially when Mickey Mouse is on.
Nothing beats tickling your tummy though.
"Ticka Ticka"
She also really likes to rock her babies.
And wear my shoes, particularly my uggs.
She still hates baths, this photo was taken just after a bath. I think she is still mad at me.
"Cheeeeee"
Checking out a picture of her cousin, Hazel
Whenever Calvin sees me reach for the camera he decides it is time to start running around laughing.
But who can resist that smile?
Thanks for the new hat Gigi!
I really like it.
"I like mine too!"
Group shot
Love that little tongue
And that giggle
Thanks for the new clothes Nana!
Cordelia is definitely in the sitting in boxes phase.
She loves them.
Laying in them works too.
All dressed for church
Playtime with Daddy!
She loves to carry around this little figurine and laugh. Something about it is absolutely hilarious.
What do you do when it is 62 degrees on February 1st?
Head to the park!
To swing
The swings are the best.
We always swing for at least 15 minutes.
Usually
Much
Longer
But after we are all swung out, it is finally time to run
And slide, very cautiously
Or not so cautiously
Un, Doo, Weeeee
Calvin loves the slide too.
He loves to go head first.
We love the teeter totter
Well, she rides it anyway.
Calvin loves everything at the park.
That's why we went back the next day, even though it was 20 degrees cooler.
And we had to bundle up.
Even in a coat, the park is fun.
She kept sliding off the end of the slide, because her coat was so slippery.
Calvin loved the slide too.
He runs as fast as he can the entire time we are at the park, with a big smile on his face.
The park is pretty much his favorite place in the world.
Cordelia likes it too.
Especially the rocking toys
Slide!
I wish the bar wasn't in the middle of his face, but I still love this shot.
After a long day. We came home for a bath.
Note the pajamas, he picked them out himself.
Cordelia had a bath too.
Then she read me a book.
The camera was out, so naturally Calvin needed to run.
Then I tried to get a shot of them together.
It went better once Jordan helped.
Then it was time to run
and chase
and laugh
Have a great week everybody!
Hope these photos made you smile.
